Stage manager tools

The 'Stage Manager' dialog box allows the presenter to control the presentation conference by offering various options, such as moving from slide to slide, using screen controls (for example, the pen), using STAGE MANAGER TOOLS, and ending the slide show.

There are three STAGE MANAGER TOOLS that can be used during a slide show: Meeting Minder, Slide Navigator, and Slide Meter.

The MEETING MINDER is used by the presenter to view speaker notes and enter meeting notes during the slide show. The SLIDE NAVIGATOR is used by the presenter to branch to different slides in the presentation. The SLIDE METER is used by the presenter to show slide and presentation timing information.

The STAGE MANAGER TOOLS can be accessed via the buttons in the 'Stage Manager' dialog box, or by clicking the right mouse button to bring up the 'Show Popup' menu.
